Taking on Corporate Communications, Nia Daniel has been an enormous asset to RAINBOW, assisting in formalizing and the growing of the business by taking on the portfolio of Human Resources and the BBBEE transformation process. This has been a passion for Nia who has been responsible for the integrating of the seven areas of transformation into the very ethos of RAINBOW. The setting up and managing of the Employee Ownership Trust, working with and on behalf of the RAINBOW employees, has been an enormous challenge to Nia which has empowered and educated the entire RAINBOW team. In the true RAINBOW spirit of multi-skilling Nia’s fine Event Project Management skills have been put to great use in the staging and co-ordination of large scale events over the past five years making her an integral member of the ‘A Show Team’.   back
