McCutcheon(Mulhall)
In 2004, she recognized the need to embrace transformation
in the spirit of BBBEE, Alison diluted her interest
in RAINBOW by creating an employee ownership trust
which both empowered her staff and benefited Cida City
Campus. This initiative gave rise to the repositioning
of RAINBOW Productions as RAINBOW Experiential Marketing.
2007
saw the sale of the Hotel, and afforded Alison the
time to offer her Destination Marketing and ‘foodie’ skills
to the Hospitality industry while renewing her focus
on the growth and development of RAINBOW nationally
and the continued success in the FMCG market building
brands.
Over the past nearly two decades Alison Mulhall
has both personally and professionally been committed
to Social Responsibility - giving of her time, skills
and energy to assist in the creation and sustainability
of annual fund raising events and communications
campaigns.
Her comment on the future of Experiential
Marketing … “I
believe that the holistic approach to marketing which
makes good rands and sense is now the norm, but the
inclusion of a strong experiential element is becoming
essential – consumers and clients want to be
entertained, educated and appreciated. This means
RAINBOW will form more and more strategic partnerships
within the industry offering an experiential marketing
element into the overall mix”
