Alison Mulhall, CEO and Creative Director of RAINBOW brings a wealth of knowledge across the spectrum of services the business offers. Her years in the media and advertising laid a solid foundation for her diversifying into the event industry in 1989. Here she applied her expertise to the roll out of massive social responsibility campaigns, on field sports eventing and the logistical production/staging of countless international ‘rock n roll’ concerts.

Launching RAINBOW Productions in 1994, Alison saw a niche in the corporate event market with an emphasis on the producing of brand experiences and product launches. Using entertainment to take brands to the people via shows such as MNet Summer Festivals and Festival touring Roadshows on beaches, campuses and in hotspots gave rise to a more experiential approach to events.

By 1999 in addition to RAINBOW, Alison became a partner in Country Hotel and Functions venture which honed her skills in Destination marketing, Food and Beverage and project management. This experience assisted in growing the offering at RAINBOW where gourmet events became a strength with, an emphasis on meticulous service and innovative décor elements.
